S. Rupsha Mitra from Kolkata, India is an undergraduate Honours student deeply interested in works of spirituality and transcendence. Her favourite writer is Rabindranath Tagore. She loves to learn and write about culture and often experiments with translations and poetry. In her poems she aspires to blend the lucid with an intense and deep emotional insight and meaning. Her works have been published in Verbal Art Global Journal, Indian Periodical, Hebe Poetry, Harbinger Asylum, Pif Magazine, Voices De La Luna, Muse India and are forthcoming in North Dakota Quarterly, Santa Fe Literary Journal, Brown Girl Magazine, The Kali Anthology - Poems by Indian women poets. Her work has received honour in the National Lockdown Poetry contest for women held by eShe magazine. She was also placed in the Wise Ink Essay Contest.
